ProFab Port Lincoln was established in 2015 and has grown significantly since opening its doors. Starting out in a small workshop and building a substantial client base and reputation, this allowed them to expand and relocate to where you will find them today – 12 Windsor Avenue, Port Lincoln. A much larger premises that was custom built and designed especially for the Metal Fabrication trade.

ProFab Port Lincoln specialises in all areas of Metal Fabrication – including welding - all types including on site, aluminium supply and fabrication, custom design fabrication, stainless steel supply and fabrication, marine - including commercial fishing maintenance and fabrication, mild steel supply and fabrication, sheet metal, structural steel for new dwellings. We also stock a wide range of steel products and accessories.   

The Company pride’s itself in customer service and quality of work, no matter how big or small the job may be. ProFab Port Lincoln now employ’s 6 staff including one apprentice, along with owners and operators Jarrod and Stacey Childs, the whole team is qualified and committed to serving the needs of their customers.

Owner/Workshop Manager Jarrod Childs holds his trade certificate and has over 20 years’ experience and knowledge in the Metal Fabrication industry, this includes 10 years hands on experience working for the fishing industry, giving him vital knowledge of how a commercial fishing boat operates. This gives ProFab Port Lincoln the upper hand when liaising with client’s about specialist machinery, custom fabrication & installation, welding, pipework, layouts, compliance etc required to run a commercial fishing boat.

ProFab Port Lincoln is a local family owned and operated business servicing the Lower Eyre Peninsula and surrounds. The Company employ’s locals, support’s local businesses and assist’s the community wherever they can.
